This is another excellent product from Dark Portal Games. DPG has previously published several pieces in periodicals such as Asgard and Gaming Frontiers. They also released the free 40-page PDF "Dead Fire". This book is a combination sourcebook and adventure. Each area -- the city of Gateway, the ancient temple of Hurm, the lost caverns, and more -- are detailed enough that a gamemaster could cut these components from this book and drop them into any campaign easily. Additionally, the GM has enough information to easily adjust when the players inevitably go wandering off the expected path. A great product launching the commercial career of a great setting -- the Lands of Arekoz.
