Fun for all ages January 8, 2009
Blokus is perfect for the entire family, young, or old. The game is quick, and engaging,
there is no time for boredom to set in.
 great thinking game January 8, 2009
We have a lot of fun playing this game. Our youngest is 6 years old, and she can play strategically. Great thinking game. A fun way to develop critical thinking.
Definitely need more than two people to make it a competitive game. Which is the only reason I gave it 4 stars not 5.
Best Family Game We've Purchased January 8, 2009
After doing a search for games for gifted kids and reading the reviews about Blokus, we bought this game for our family for Christmas. We have thoroughly enjoyed it. Our 5 & 7 year old kids enjoy it and understand the concept of planning your strategy, although they don't always put it into practice. I enjoyed the game a lot more before my husband got so good at it. :) When the kids get tired of playing, he and I play it using the 2 player game rules (we each play 2 colors) and really enjoy it. This is a great family game for a wide range of ages. I was a little surprised it cost so much when we first started considering it, but it's worth it.
A new family favorite! January 6, 2009
My husband and I have been searching for games to play with our two little girls (ages 3 and 5) that can really involve all of us. (Yes, we enjoy playing Go Fish, but not EVERY time! :) We have LOVED this game! Even our 3 year old plays with minimal help and we all have fun!
Great game January 6, 2009
Great game for the entire family. My 5.5 year old caught one quick and played with my older kids, my wife and myself. It is a thinking game that challenges the mind. Great product!
